My vacation from activism and politics in general has come to a close. I plan to be in attendance at City Council this evening, but there is the slight possibility that I may have to miss it. Reason being, my refrigerator stopped working when I was out of state last week. Now, I have to wait for the old appliance to get picked up at some point this afternoon so that I can replace it. Sometimes unforeseen events get in the way of our plans. Either way, I am back in the fray and will be increasingly involved as the Summer unfolds.
